All stage, concert audio, intelligent lighting, structural rigging, and artist management contracts are finalized via formal Production Service Agreements. Technical specifications, stage CAD plots, SPL compliance limits, and site access schedules form binding attachments to our client service orders.

Outdoor festival and arena productions are subject to strict structural safety standards and certified engineering wind tolerances. Cancellation terms, deposit schedules, and severe weather rescheduling policies are detailed in your Production Agreement.
All proprietary lighting timecode designs, custom kinetic stage visual assets, acoustic tuning data, and technical rigging schematics produced by NYRS Productions Pte. Ltd. remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly assigned in writing.
